When I go back there, I'll certainly take your suggestions along. However, when in Florence I did go to an amazing restaurant, at the Savoy Hotel, at the Piazza della Repubblica. The restaurant is on the sidewalk, with a great view of the Piazza, and the Chef, Fulvio Pierangelini, won 2 stars on the Michelin Guide. Great Food, great wine, great view, great date (my wife), and we even had a full moon that night.
